PO Box Rental |

PO Boxes can be rented from any post office
which provides that service whether in the
Head Office
or
the post office
Branches
all over the
country.
The
subscriber should fill an application
form
available
in all post
offices. The applicant should enclose their
identification documents which must include a
copy
of a valid ID card in case of personal
application, for
companies and organizations the
documentation must comprise of a copy of
commercial registration or trade license. |

After completing the application form,
providing the required documents and the
rental fee is paid
a PO Box number will
then be allocated. |

For boxes in the head office an
electronic card is given to the
subscriber, a key is given for boxes at
post office branches. |

When a card or key is lost an
application form must be filled and the
above mentioned documents should be
enclosed with a payment of QR. 60.00.
For boxes in branches the subscriber
should pay QR. 60.00 if another key is
available, if the lock has to be
changed then a charge of QR. 115.00 is
applicable. |
