The subscriber has the right to surrender/transfer his PO Box to another person and the right to change or modify his name after approval of the General Postal Corporation.  A special form should be completed along with documents and enclosures plus signatures of two parties.

أIn case of Death a Limitation of Succession Certificate should be enclosed with the form.  In the case of the final departure of the previous subscriber and the General Postal Corporation was not informed; the new subscriber should undertake an obligation in writing which will be considered by the Postal Corporation.

In the case of a name modification/change no charges are applicable.
If the subscriber doesn’t pay the renewal fee during the renewal period the P.O. Box will be locked, non-payment posts department has will result in the Postal Corporation re-allocating the P.O. Box.
